In my lifetime I have owned a lot of scales, from the types used in a doctors office, to the newer digital models. The EatSmart scale is by far the best scale I have ever owned. As soon as you step on it your weight is immediately displayed in a very large easy to read window, and with a well lite blue background. Most scales I have owned were either hard to read (black numbers on a dark background), or the weight reading would just keep bouncing around. The EatSmart scale stops at the correct reading, and when I waited for over 15 minutes and weighed myself again, my weight was the same...unlike others that gave me a different reading every time I stepped on it. This scale replaces my Thinner scale, and my Tony Little BodyMaster scale...I never was sure what I weighed with either one. Lastly, the scale I received was defective so I contacted EatSmart, and a new one was sent out to me immediately via Fed-Ex...great service. You won't go wrong with this scale, or EatSmart!

This scale is wonderful. Time and time again, it gives accurate weights. I have been off and on several times just to make sure. I love the large read out and that it is back lit. I wouldn't mind if it was a little wider, as I have a wider than normal stance. Overall, I am exceptionally pleased.

I'm not an internet shopaholic - (Somewhere in USA)
Purchased this to replaced a mechanical Borg bathroom scale. That Borg scale was getting to a point where periodic adjustments (using the dial) to get the needle to point to zero was necessary. And the needle on the Borg scale was getting hard to read. Decided to get this EatSmart Precision Plus scale which was shipped via Fedex on a Saturday (LOVE MY PRIME SHIPPING). As I already own a digital Tanita Ironman Scale (from Amazon of course!), I can safely confirm that this new scale is very accurate, accurate to a point where it will tell you your true weight to a tenth of a pound. I love the large blue LED readout and the larger than average platform to step up to. Since the scale is a larger than the average scale, it is important to find floor space in your bathroom (or anywhere else) to call it home; or you will be inadvertently jabbing your toes into the side of the scale.
