I was hoping for more than this item was able to deliver with a small dog.It was worth a shot and I did find other uses for the attachments.
It cleans animal rugs. They do not move and snap any more like the dog.

I absolutely love this product, and even better, so does my dog! It is amazing the amount of hair and dander that this product loosens from her coat. One feature that I really like about this product is the hose extender, because it just doesn't seem that vacuum hoses are ever long enough anymore. Buy this! You won't be sorry!!!

This attachment is amazing! Our black lab, Pepper, loves to be combed with this attachment. It pulls out lots of her undercoat and also sucks up dander -- lots of it. It is really suprising how much can be vacuumed from your dog by using this tool. And the fact that she really enjoys it is a huge bonus. A must have for any dog with medium to long hair! I assume this tool would also be beneficial for owners of dogs with short hair in that it does pick up the dog dander.
